Glendale and Burbank are home to a large number of offices, post-production and media businesses, light industrial buildings, warehouses and retail, and next to them are long-established residential neighborhoods and hillside streets on the north side.
On the commercial side, we focus on rack, Wi-Fi, cameras and door access that are easy for a small team to run. On the residential side, we apply the same work to houses of mid-century and earlier vintage. Everything is labeled and documented.
Glendale and Burbank, studios to hillsides
Burbank is built around the studios. Warner Bros. is on Olive Avenue, Walt Disney Studios is in Burbank too, and the Media District and the area around Hollywood Burbank Airport have offices and industrial buildings. Magnolia Park, around Magnolia Boulevard, has small shops, restaurants and older bungalows.
Burbank also has the Rancho Equestrian district, where lots are big enough for horses. Barns and arenas there need power and a network connection that survives dust, and they are often a long way from the house.
Glendale has a dense downtown on Brand Boulevard with offices, the Glendale Galleria and the Americana at Brand. The hillside neighborhoods, such as Verdugo Woodlands, Chevy Chase Canyon and Adams Hill, have many older Spanish-style and mid-century houses on sloping lots.

The Verdugo hills and older streets mix split-level houses, steep driveways and detached garages. We run cable to those corners, add outdoor coverage, and put cameras where the lot is exposed.
