The beach cities of Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach are known for narrow lots with tall homes, townhomes and rooftop decks. Inland, El Segundo and Torrance have business parks, offices and light industrial space.
We serve the South Bay from our Sherman Oaks base. The work splits into two kinds: coastal homes where height and weather drive the plan, and commercial sites where the priorities are reliable Wi-Fi, door access and camera coverage.
What we plan for in South Bay
Tall, narrow homes
A house that is three or four stories on a small lot needs access points on several floors. Cable has to travel vertically, so we plan the path through a closet or chase before we begin.
Rooftop decks and patios
Outdoor living areas on the roof or patio need their own access point, and cameras if you want them covered. Weather-rated outdoor gear and sealed connections stand up better to coastal moisture.
Business parks and offices
Suites in El Segundo and Torrance buildings usually need a rack, staff and guest Wi-Fi, door access and entrance cameras. We coordinate with property managers on cable paths.
Garages and storage
Garages, workshops and storage rooms are often the place that gets the least attention. Cameras, a reader and a wired uplink to the main network keep them part of the system.
Services we offer in South Bay
UniFi is our main focus. We also service other systems already in place.
Structured cabling
Vertical runs through closets and chases, CAT6A to access points and data drops, CAT6 to cameras.
