Try another way this breaks
Lab complete. The G3 Intercom rings the G3 Touch Pro with video and talk, Unlock shows, and the Front Door opens.
Ring, see, unlock
This run: all five faults at once. Fix them in call order.
The G3 Intercom calls, but the G3 Touch Pro at reception never rings.

Common causes · No ring
Evidence first
Before you change anything
Capture the Access system log entry for one test call.
Record a video of that test call on the phone.
Unlock the Front Door from the Access web page. If it opens there, the wiring is fine.

Why this fails
No ring
The G3 Intercom calls, but the G3 Touch Pro at reception never rings.
Path B: SIP via LAN
No admin on the phone? Register the G3 Touch Pro in , set its extension as the intercom , and press * to unlock. Video on that path is untested here.
Evidence first
Capture the Access system log entry and a video of one test call. Unlock from the Access web page: if the door opens there, the wiring is fine and the fault is on the phone side.
Glossary
Doorbell Call receiver
Who a reader rings when a visitor presses the doorbell. Set in Access, Interface Designer, Doorbell Call for that reader.
Door Attendant
The smallest Access admin role that can see, talk to and unlock a door for a visitor. Enough for a shared reception phone.
Third-Party PBX mode
G3 phone setup that registers the phone as a SIP phone with a SIP server, here UniFi Talk, instead of as a native Talk phone.
Recipient Number
On a SIP doorbell call, the extension the reader dials. For a Talk phone in Third-Party PBX mode it is that phone's extension.
Early media
A SIP feature that carries audio and video before the call is answered. Without it a SIP phone can ring with no intercom video.
Lockdown
Access emergency mode that overrides credentials so doors stay locked. An admin can still unlock one door remotely.
G3 Intercom rings but no unlock button on Talk phone
Talk phone won't open the door
G3 Touch Pro rings but no video from the intercom
A teaching lab, not a quote and not a design for your site. Steps follow Ubiquiti's Access and Talk help articles and release notes for Access 4.3.12, Talk 5.4.5 and Access app for Talk 2.17.1. Path B video on a G3 Touch Pro is untested. The status lines are lab labels.
